The Digestive System is a profound rhythm
All of life functions with a rhythm. In modern society we have sadly, turned away from the rhythms of nature and supplanted them with alien vibrations. As a result, we do not function according to the laws of nature. When we break the laws of nature disease will inevitably follow.
To understand our body rhythm we must first look at the patterns of nature. Rhythms of day and night, monthly rhythms and seasonal rhythms are only a few which play a magnificent role in orchestrating life. Two basic rhythms in our body over which we have little conscious control are the heart beat and breathing. However, every influence in our life has a subtle yet profound effect on these two basic life rhythms.
There are, of course, many other body rhythms and they all beat in time with those of the environment. Time is our dictator, therefore to understand how to live in accord with our environment we must study these rhythms. An understanding of the subtle changes in the vibration of these rhythms will enable us to fully comprehend our life, our emotions, our functions and above all the complex aspect of our digestive system. The value of eating according to the daily changes in these rhythms is essential in order to promote healing and health. Lack of understanding and respect for these changes will lead to an inability to assimilate and digest nutrients, intolerance, discomfort, allergy, nutritional deficiency and ultimately disease conditions.
The metabolism is divided into two distinctly different processes, anabolic and catabolic metabolism. At certain times in the day the body rhythm is anabolic and at other times of the day the body rhythm is catabolic.
ANABOLIC METABOLISM referred to as ANABOLISM is the metabolic process by which simple substances are synthesised into complex materials of living tissue:
This is called constructive metabolism.
CATABOLIC METABOLISM referred to as CATABOLISM is the metabolic change of complex substances into simple molecules in order to release energy:
This is called destructive metabolism.
this is a big subject so it is divided into weight loss and weight gain
