Shipping

We aim to ship all in-stock products within 48 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received before 11:30 am have greater chance of be same day processing; all orders will be dispatched by Jersey Post.

WE ARE SEEING EXTRAORDINARY DELIVERY DELAYS WITH ROYAL MAIL, THERE STATUTORY PERIOD FOR DEILVERY BEFORE A REFUND CAN BE OFFERED OR PRODUCTS RESENT IS 28  DAYS

Please note - Due to Customs restrictions and controls in other countries it is impossible to provide exact delivery estimates for goods or merchandise.


However, as a rough guide they give the following estimated delivery timescales providing that there are no weather issues, transport or processing delays:

UK, other Channel Islands and Isle of Man - 3-5 working days.

European addresses - 7-10 working days

Rest of World destinations - up to 10-12 working days.

Postage Tracking: IMPORTANT: If you are in the U.K. and wish to speed up your delivery, and track it's whereabouts within the Royal mail system, you must select and purchase the U.K. special delivery option in the shop under postage before completion of your order.

Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email immediately along with the consignment number. Please note that payment must be completed prior to products being dispatched. Please note that we are not responsible for payment of local taxes or import duties (except in the UK) so please make sure you are aware of these before you place an order.

Returns

Whilst we aim to provide plenty of information and images of our products, we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult. Once received, should you decide that your chosen product is not right for you, please contact us . Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale (for example on sale, clearance or short-dated stock), products can be returned, within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.

We aim to pack all products carefully to avoid damage during transit. However, from time to time, a parcel is mistreated during transit and damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement product for you. We will require the damaged parcel returned to us (at our cost) and if possible please do email us a photo to info@phytob.com so that we can investigate with our postal contractor to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
