Resentment builds up when there are unresolved issues especially within a relationship.
A smothering and invasive mother can cause resentment and this would lead to a malfunction of thyroid function and subsequent weight gain and self destructive behaviour such as bulimia.
Controlling relationships often causes one to feel inadequate and victimised and resentful, fundamentally caused by unresolved issues.
