Setting out to achieve and being highly successful in life is often synonymous with self worth, pride in oneself and a sense of dignity. A perfectionist who is ambitions and sets out to achieve high goals is often a person who seeks the love and admiration of a parent or loved one. These are wonderful characteristics but often hide and cover up a person who is very unsure of themselves and the love of their father. To be told by a Father figure that they are very proud of you is often the real reason for a person setting out to achieve.
