People who feel rage are often caring, cherishing and respect and value another person‘s point of view. However angry about injustice and therefore the rage is justified. Rage judgement and wrath. expresses anger about something that is wrong.
Whilst Anger is expressed in many ways.
Expressed anger is abusive, volatile, violent and cruel.
Bitter anger is corrosive and destructive.
Suppressed anger is subliminal, aggressive and not expressed and is often hard to understand.
Grudging anger is unforgiving.
Although we feel angry, the victim of our anger and aggression will be seriously traumatised. The manifestation of these feeling often lead to digestive imbalances.
Rage on the other hand is different and closer to wrath than anger.
