Phytobiophysics Training
The Institute of PHYTOBIOPHYSICS® was established in 1992 and is affiliated to the Open International University for Complementary Medicine which offers formal training to practitioners of alternative medicine. The Institute now offers a two year diploma course in the Philosophy of Phytobiophysics.
There are now practitioners of PHYTOBIOPHYSICS®, the Mossop Philosophy in England, Ireland, France, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Jersey.

Training Phytobiophysics® Training offers postgraduate training in the specialised field of complimentary, alternative and vibrational medicine.
Please note the following prerequisites: If you wish to practice as a certified Phytobiophysics® Practitioner then it is necessary to hold prior qualification in any complimentary or conventional healthcare modality. This must includes certification of successful completion of Anatomy and Physiology. If, however, your intention is to work specifically on members of your own family, or if you wish to simply broaden you understanding of how Phytobiophysics® works and how it may benefit yourself and your loved ones, then no prerequisites are necessary for enrolment in the Basic Introductory Course or The Heart Lock Course.
Modules taught include the following:
Level 1: Basic Introductory Course
Course Content:
- Introduction to the Mossop Philosophy
- The vibration and reflection of colour
- 20 Phytobiophysics® Flower Formulas and 10 SuperFit Tree Formulas
- Muscle testing protocol
- Prescribing and dosage of formulas
- The combining of specific formulas for particular situations
- Clinical procedures and practice management
- Nutritional support
- Introduction to the Special Care programme

Prerequisite: Anatomy and Physiology
Level 2: The Heart Lock Theory
Course Content:
- The physiology of the heart and circulatory system
- the four chambers of the heart and the corresponding valves
- The nine gates of healing
- The four constitutions
- Interpreting your patient’s presentation
- The six PhytobHeartPower® formulas
- Muscle testing protocol
- Prescribing and dosage of formulas relevant to Heart Lock
- Understanding a Heart Lock
- Clinical procedure and practice management
Prerequisites: Basic Introductory Training, Anatomy and Physiology.
Level 3: Vertebral and Sinus-Tonsil Podo-Rhacidian Mobilisation Therapy
Course Content:
- The Spinal Columns and the associated organs and hormones
- Inter-vertebral endocrinology
- Vibrational healing support
- Interpreting your patient’s presentation
- Vertebral Podo-Rhacidian Therapy
- Sinus-Tonsil Podo-Rhacidian Therapy
- Muscle testing protocol
- Prescribing and dosage of formulas relevant to Podo-Rhacidian
- Clinical procedure
- Practice management
Prerequisites: Phytobiophysics® Basic Introductory Training, Anatomy and Physiology.
Additional Phytobiophysics® training is available in the following areas:
- Jump-Leading Detoxification Protocol.
Prerequisite: Phytobiophysics® Basic Introductory Training, The Heart lock Theory, Anatomy and Physiology.
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage – Quick-Lymph protocol.
Prerequisite: Phytobiophysics® Basic Introductory Training, Heart Lock Theory, Anatomy and Physiology.
Certification: All courses are certified by Professor Diana Mossop and Anthony Mossop (The Institute of Phytobiophysics®)
Practitioners who have completed the Basic Introductory Training are eligible to attend the annual residential Advanced Phytobiophysics® Jersey June July course with Professor Diana Mossop, Dean of the Institute of Phytobiophysics®.
