Diana what do you think about sealants on children's teeth. My daughter has two spots on her teeth (4 years old). They want to do sealants, are there any specific questions I should ask before doing this procedure.

My Reply: several years ago I had a patient, a little boy of about 8 yrs old who had a very serious bone density problem in his right leg on the site of a bicycle accident. On testing him I found that he was being poisoned by acrylic. Acrylic paralysis the thyroid production of a very important hormone called Thyo-calcitonin, also linked with parathyroid calcitonin. If we do not make this hormone or release it because of thyroid malfunction then calcium is literally stolen from the bones. The area of distress was also linked with the accident that the little boy had had falling off his bicycle, therefore an area of weakness. The parents were surprised and thought that I was talking nonsense so they left the clinic. About a month later the mother telephoned me to say that she had taken her son to the dentist and he was very surprised to find the acrylic sealants that he had used on the child’s teeth had disappeared! So after that they returned to the clinic and I suggested a course of Phytobiophysics antidote to acrylic FF9 Bluebell formula. He made a full recovery after about two months and did not require surgery as had been originally suggested by the doctor.
