Mixed Metals in The Mouth
Since working in the field of complementary medicine, it is my clinical experience that about 80% of my patients suffer from some form of health disturbance as a result of oral disturbance and metal pollution. We are surrounded by and frequently come into contact with metals in our everyday lives. Contaminated water supplies, air pollution from industry and petrol fumes. Heavy metals which accumulate in our food as a result of high levels of metallic/chemical compounds used on the land and in the food industry. Metals penetrate through the skin as a result of contact with jewellery and watches. Fun jewellery and cheap watches are particularly hazardous as the metals used are often not properly bonded.
