Shipping & Returns


We aim to ship all in-stock products within 24 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received before 11:30 am will be processed that same day and will be dispatched by Royal Jersey Mail 1st Class, however we are still at the mercy of the  mail provider if packages are returned to the local Post Office or during busy periods such as Christmas.

Please contact us on 0(0) (44) 1534 738737 if you require express or special delivery, this can be arranged manually for a supplementary charge as the site currently does not have this functionality.


You can order via this website. Place an order online with our quick and secure shopping cart. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email immediately along with the consignment number. Please note that payment must be completed prior to products being dispatched.

Please note that we are not responsible for payment of local taxes or import duties so please make sure you are aware of these before you place an order.

All overseas orders will include an export information sheet for each product and a copy invoice for customs compliance.

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us by emailing info@phytob.com .

Please let us know of any problems as soon as your parcel arrives and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation for you. In the first instance please do contact us on +44 (0)1534 738737  


Whilst we aim to provide plenty of information and images of our products, we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult. Once received, should you decide that your chosen product is not right for you, please contact us within 2 days. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale (for example on sale, clearance or short-dated stock), products can be returned, within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.

We aim to pack all products carefully to avoid damage during transit. However, from time to time, a parcel is mistreated during transit and damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement product for you. We will require the damaged parcel returned to us (at our cost) and if possible please do email us a photo at info@phytob.com so that we can investigate with our postal contractor to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
